In Quebec as elsewhere, psychological health remains a taboo and delicate subject, even more

so in the workplace. Fortunately, the current is changing favorably thanks, in particular, to public

figures who have the courage to speak about it. Thus, health psychology at work has been

an omnipresent subject for organizations since a few years

The modification of the legislative framework of the Loi sur la santé et la sécurité du travail (LSST)

will include, in October 2025, psychosocial risks linked to work, demonstrates the fact that the

Quebec government recognizes the problem and is ready to act.

the workplace. Fortunately, the tide is changing favorably thanks, in particular, to public figures who have the courage to talk about it. Thus, health psychology at work has been an omnipresent subject for organizations for several years.
