Professor at the University's School of Counseling and Guidance Laval since 2022, Mariève Pelletier has an interdisciplinary academic background combining psychology, orientation, industrial relations and occupational health. Her expertise in psychological health at work and organizational interventions has been built by combining, for nearly 20 years, research work and intervention work within different organizational sectors.
Research member of the Intervention Research Center and life at work (CRIEVAT), Mariève continues her research on interventions to prevent psychosocial risks at work, violence and psychological harassment, as well as the steps to support recovery and return to work following an absence linked to psychological health issues.
Renée Ouimet, director of the Mouvement Santé Mentale Québec, holds a master's degree in psychosociology of communication and training as a psychotherapist. With more than 35 years of experience in the development and implementation of mental health promotion, prevention and education projects, she is a leader in her field.
Renée has been able to forge numerous partnerships with various sectors, thus strengthening her skills in analysis, psychosocial intervention, mediation, training and communication. Her passion for social issues related to health is at the heart of her professional commitment.
For several years, Mélanie has excelled as a manager of human resources, placing the creation of a healthy and fulfilling work environment at the heart of her priorities. Her commitment to promote health and well-being within the company, as well as the continuous development of talents guides each of her decisions and professional actions.
Her objective is to actively contribute to prosperity and organizational growth, while ensuring that employees feel

the University of Quebec in Outaouais, Eric is also a researcher
at the Psychoneuroendocrinological Analysis of Stress and Health Laboratory (LAPS2-UQO) where he conducts work on the links between stress and and job performance. He completed a doctorate in industrial relations at the University of Montreal as well as a postdoctoral fellowship at within the Psychosocial Health Analysis Group (Gap-Santé) from the School of Psychology at the University of Ottawa.
He has published numerous scientific articles and is co-author
of the books Organizational Behavior (Chenelière Education)
and Stress, health and performance at work (PUQ).
Its main research and intervention interests focus on psychological health and stress management at work, work attendance (presenteeism/absenteeism), the interface between work attitudes and the personal sphere and intersubjective
dynamics underlying conflict episodes.
